No trip to Grandma and Granddad's is complete without a beach walk.  As you can see it was a little windy.

 E tried to dig for treasure, or China, or whatever came first.

 I can't pass by nesting paua shells.

 E on the other hand looks for slightly more curious items.

 Then there is the debrief on the door step with Grandma.  Examining each thing and explaining what each one is.

 Somehow, the stone weighing down the bags was a fossil.

 Amongst the treasures  there were shells, sticks and a little plastic.
